It was good to hear a presentation on trees, a vital part of our natural world, that inspired us to respect and acknowledge what we often take for granted. Mrs. Larson chose words and quotations carefully to invoke the wonder of trees. She took us through the many ways– physical, emotional, and spiritual—that they benefit our lives. The accompanying media was especially artistic and visually a chance for us to experience the varieties of trees, the sites and occasions of honor (e.g. Trade Center survivor), and the simple joy of walking and gathering in shade.

I would enjoy this program a second time. It appeals to a wide variety of audiences.

Linda did a beautiful presentation. You could tell she knew what she was talking about. The pictures were very nice and she tied them all together wonderfully. I felt so inspired, uplifted and appreciative of nature and the mighty tree. Thank you Linda!

Linda Larson just spoke at our most recent Weeders Garden Club Meeting. Her topic was “Remarkable Trees” and it was wonderful. Her slide presentation was beautiful and the information she shared with us was extremely interesting. All of our club members enjoyed her program and we would definitely have her back to talk with us.

This is the second presentation I have been to by Linda Larson and it was just as good as the first — although different in a delightful way — and groups could schedule her twice easily and be enriched each time. This talk on Trees is a combination of beauty, information, thoughts, and inspiration all woven together with pictures and commentary. It is professional, and friendly, and encourages all listeners to see trees “in a new way.” Marvelous!

What a wonderful topic and speaker!! It brings back wonderful memories of visiting parks, forests, gardens, etc. and how trees are so very important to our well-being!
